If you aren't already logged into this wiki, there will be a little red "Register" link on the upper right of this page.

Click that and follow the instructions.

Note that registration is limited to members of the DESI collaboration and that 
your request will go via a human for verification, so there will be a short delay
from the request to when you actually get access.
